Wilba-On-Demand is a new customer-responsive shared bus service that is an in between of a bus and a taxi, servicing an 8km radium service area including Bourke, North Bourke, Alice Edwards Village and the Airport.

The app or call centre staff will inform you of your approximate pick up time.
It will be between a window of 15 minutes. If you are using the app, you will receive notifications to let you know your confirmed pickup time and when your driver is on the way.
You can also track the location of your bus. If you are not using the app, you will receive a text message with a precise pick up time and location.
If you need to be somewhere before a specific time, you can set your booking time to “arrive before” and it will make sure you get picked up in time for your appointment.
You must be ready for your booked ride before the confirmed pick up time. Once the bus arrives, it can only wait a maximum of 1 minute before proceeding to the next booked customer. If the bus leaves without picking you up, you will need to reschedule your trip using the Wilba-On-Demand App or by calling (02) 9071 0139.
That’s OK, trips can be cancelled and changed through the Wilba-On-Demand App or by calling (02) 9071 0139.
However, we appreciate it if you could cancel as soon as possible. This will give other riders the opportunity to book the ride instead.
You cannot change your booking once you are on the bus. You can only be dropped off at your destination or on the way to your booked destination.
Children of all ages are permitted to travel on the bus. However for the safety of all passengers, children aged 15 and under must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible individual aged 18 or older.
You must specify the number of people (including children and babies) in your booking.
If you forget to tell us, we may not be able to accommodate you, or we may have to cancel your ride altogether.
