Personal information submitted is kept on a server belonging to and administered by an Associated Party Liftango Pty Ltd (Liftango). Liftango is compliant with the applicable data protection regulations and comply with the relevant data protection obligations by keeping information secure and not using it for any purpose other than for which it was provided. For backup purposes, copies of personal information, in-app messages and subscriber lists are stored on secure servers.
Personal information (information or an opinion), collected from passengers, such as
name, date of birth, contact details, or sensitive personal information (including information about mobility/accessibility requirements) (together Personal Information) collected Wilba (and our Associated Parties) may be disclosed to Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW).
TfNSW may disclose such Personal Information to other Australian government agencies. These government agencies may use Personal Information for any purpose relating to the exercise of their government functions. Such Personal Information may also be disclosed to other third parties if required by law.
TfNSW will be evaluating the delivery and use of this service. TfNSW may disclose Personal Information to third parties assisting with evaluation and survey purposes.
This includes using contact details of passengers to conduct surveys relating to the service provided by Wilba.
Wilba or TfNSW may also disclose Personal Information to a third party that is taking over the delivery of this transport service from Wilba.
By using these services provided by Wilba, passengers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their Personal Information in the manner outlined above.
Due to the nature of the internet we cannot guarantee the security of any information whilst it is being transmitted to us via the internet. However, we take our security responsibilities very seriously and take all reasonable steps (both technical and organisational) to protect your personal details once they have been received by Wilba. Staff who have access to personal information gathered from the App are made aware of Data Protection responsibilities. Names of the Wilba staff members who have access to this information are available on request.
You may inform us of any changes in your personal data and in accordance with our obligations we will update or delete your personal data accordingly.
Where the Wilba website or Wilba-On-Demand App provides links to third party websites, these links are provided for information purposes only and Wilba is not responsible for the content, copyright or privacy policies of these websites.
